The definitive book on "The Gemstone File" contains a
compelling version of U.S./world history and rule by corporation . It reveals the secret connections between Aristotle Onassis and Joseph P. Kennedy, details of the kidnapping,  imprisonment, death and burial at sea of Howard Hughes; Onassisis' role in the assassinations of John F. Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy, and Martin Luther King, the attempted assassination of George Wallace, and other Mafia power plays;  Bruce Roberts' secret journal; the CIA role in the international dope trade; and the U.S.'s costly and possibly fatal quest for military and financial hegemony. The "secret" information about these matters is only a secret from (some of) the public.

The book is 8"x10", 480 pages, soft cover, illustrated, indexed. It contains more than 250 edited pages from Bruce Roberts' original Gemstone File papers, published for the first time. It also contains a revised, updated and expanded Skeleton Key to the Gemstone File, by Stephanie Caruana (originally circulated worldwide in 1975), as well as 2 major published articles, interviews, and personal history.

For people who never saw the earlier versions, the new expanded version, together with Bruce Roberts' original Gemstone papers, is even more interesting, because the more supportive background information is provided.
The new book contains answers to questions that have bothered many people for decades, including:
Did Aristotle Onassis play a decisive role in the hits on JFK, RFK, MLK, and Black Panthers Hampton and Clark, and why?
What really happened at Chappaquiddick? And how has it affected U.S. politics since then?
How come Howard Hughes suddenly stopped chasing women and became Lord of Las Vegas? Was he really kidnapped by Aristotle Onassis, who then ran and expanded the "Hughes" empire? And how could Hughes get to be one of the richest men in the world, operating a vast, fast-growing money-making empire which included airlines, defense industry contracts, gambling casinos, and a giant money-laundering arrangement called the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, if he was at the same time a helpless drug addict wearing kleenex boxes for shoes on his feet?
Who was Deep Throat, really? Would Katharine Graham, owner/editor of the Washington Post, really let two young reporters write articles which changed the course of U.S. History (due to the Watergate "burglary"), without knowing exactly who was the source of their information?
How and why did Bank of America become a premier bank? Did Aristotle Onassis really own and run the world until his death, including Credite Suisse bank? Did he in fact control  the money and valuable art deposited with the Credite Suisse bank by Jewish victims of the Nazi onslaught?

And just how did it happen that JFK's widow, Jackie, married Aristotle Onassis?
Reading the usual accounts of current American history, I am struck by the fact that it is well known that 75% or more of the American public do not believe the Warren Commission's account of the assassination of JFK (by Lee Harvey Oswald, the so-called "lone assassin.")  But this is the account that still exists in history books, perhaps tempered by the admission that many questions are still unanswered. Yet those who do the questioning are termed "conspiracy theorists" in a derogatory manner.
Isn't it about time the situation was reversed?

And how does all of this relate to current events?

Some reviews:

"Stephanie Caruana once dove into what Thomas Pynchon calls the Mnemonic Deep and untangled the Gemstone line of history. In The Gemstone File, A Memoir, she reveals the full, disorderly tangles that she once boiled down to a Skeleton Key for future generations. In the process, she gives the most comprehensive look at the original Gemstone correspondence by Bruce Roberts, and a generous glance as well to attendant research. Students of conspiracy cannot consider their education complete until they have read this volume!"

"Magnificent!" --Gerald A. Carroll, Author of Project Seek:  Onassis, Kennedy and the Gemstone Thesis.

***** A Must Have, January 24, 2007 Reviewer: A Researcher This book gives an overview of that which happened behind the scenes before and after the Kennedy Assassination. Beautifully written by Stephanie Caruana, taken from original notes by Bruce Roberts who knew, this book is an eye-opener for those who want to know how things operate behind the political landscape. -Review on Amazon.com

This book is controversial, but it contains more truthful history than your average history book has ever considered.

People who know the book market may be aware that several books written by others, all based on my 1975 "Skeleton Key to the Gemstone File" have appreciated greatly in value. And none of these books contain an edited section of Bruce Roberts' original letters, or new photographic information about another possible hit man at Dealey Plaza, or my two articles which appeared in the Berkeley Barb and Playgirl before I wrote the "Skeleton Key."

My new book picks up where the old ones leave off.  I am sure it will be an enlightening experience for many people.  It is really a book and a half.

If you want to buy the book, you can pay either with PayPal, or by sending a check or money order. It is an exciting read.
